My shop specializes in handmade crochet plushies and crochet patterns. Each plushie is crafted with care by me, utilizing high-quality yarn and materials to ensure durability and aesthetic appeal. My crochet patterns are designed to be user-friendly, catering to various skill levels from beginners to advanced crocheters.

Are your crochet plushies safe for children?

This is a display product and not necessarily meant as kids toys or to be washed, as it contains sensitive pieces like gemstones, charms and glued on pieces which could get destroyed with rough handling. I cannot be held liable for any injury or other trauma that may occur after purchase of my product. By purchasing my product, you acknowledge that you are aware of the dangers and agree to release me of any liability associated with my product.

How can I care for my crochet plushies?

I generally do not recommend washing my crochet pieces, however in case of necessety, to maintain the quality of your crochet plushies, I recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth, rubbing alcohol is also okay to use. Avoid machine washing and drying, as this may destroy all the little details and alter the shape and texture of the plushies.

Do you offer custom crochet orders?

Yes! I offer custom crochet orders in the for of commissions, contact me to start your order of your custom piece.

What is your return policy?

Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns are not accepted. However, if you receive a defective item, please contact me immediately, and i will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, refund or store credit.

How can I download my crochet patterns after purchase?

Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link for your crochet patterns. You can also access your purchased patterns through your account on our website under the "Downloads" section.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately no, I currently only offer shipping to European Union (not the UK) coutnries due to complications of international shipping, stay tuned for when I post shipping locations updates on my social media accounts, costs and delivery times may vary based on the destination.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept payment with credit cards and Paypal through Paypal itself. Stay tuned for payment options updates in case you're unable to use Paypal.
